Turn off the heating and lighting when you're away from the property

Keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am

Ensure the kitchen equipment is clean by 10am check out

Deductions may be made for damaged or missing items, and cleaning above normal levels. They may also be made to cover any damage generally including but not limited to damage caused by smoking, pets, fake tan on sheets, make up on towels.

If parking permits and key fobs are not returned the charge is £25 for the permit, and £35 per key fob.
