Hello we're Claire and Jonny, owners of Pincott Properties.  

We believe our guest’s experience should be great. We want our properties to be homes from home, and have everything you need for a 5 star stay.

We love cooking, cocktails, reading, technology, and exploring new places with our 2 young children.

We also love meeting new people and hope to meet you soon!

Information

Each apartment comes with an allocated underground parking space - please let us know if you'll be using this during your stay and we'll get a permit for you.

Each apartment also has a private balcony as well as the communal roof top gardens.

No smoking

No pets

No parties or events

No unregistered guests

No BBQs or fires including candles

No eating or drinking in the bedroom

No tampering with the Ring doorbell located outside the property, or the Smart Lock


Please:

Report breakages or repairs straight away

Turn off the heating and lighting when you're away from the property

Keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am

Ensure the kitchen equipment is clean by 10am check out

Deductions may be taken from the deposit for damaged or missing items, and cleaning above normal levels. It may also be used to cover any damage generally including but not limited to damage caused by smoking, pets, fake tan on sheets, make up on towels.


If parking permits and key fobs are not returned the charge is £25 for the permit, and £35 per key fob.
